So I thought I would get started with this blogging thing by posting some of the things I'm doing at home with the kids. My son has very sensitive skin and an egg allergy, my husband is pre-diabetic, I'm gluten intolerant, and both kids have asthma. As such, cooking is a very interesting prospect in our house.
I love cooking, baking, sewing, knitting, crochet, and any other craft I can figure out. This blog will hopefully be a record of all that we do, and a resource for others who are dealing with allergies and sensitivities.
